49m² | Autumn with Anoek Mensink

From September 21 to December 21, 2025, artist Anoek Mensink will be working in Zaartpark, Breda. During her residency, she will be investigating what happens when we give a piece of nature back to itself. With an installation consisting of a tree trunk and two benches, she shifts our gaze from the ground to the sky. At the same time, she will use microphones to capture sounds from above and deep below the ground. These recordings will later form a series of listening experiences for visitors.

Anoek will be regularly present on site during her working period.
