The Digital Explorers project is based on the idea that digital art is not a separate movement but an undeniable part of art history, bringing with it new insights and methods.

From October 1 to November 30, Studio KASBOEK will undertake their digital residency at Witte Rook. During October and November, they will work on the virtual platform common.garden, an initiative by artist Constant Dullaart.

Cathalijne Postma (1981), Debbie van Berkel (1980), and Jojanneke Postma (1983) form Studio KASBOEK, a collective driven by a deep fascination with the complexity of perception. Their kaleidoscopic approach moves between the real and digital world, micro and macro, and past and future.

By creating innovative connections between subjectivity, science, and technology, they continuously construct new realities where light, color, and movement take center stage. The result is art that sparks wonder, ignites curiosity, and enriches and transforms perception.

During their residency, they will further develop their existing work, The Imaginary Entity [i], on the virtual platform of common.garden. Visit their digital garden at studiokasboek.common.garden.
